Looking to broaden your skills and qualifications? Students may also have the option to complete a dual qualification pathway, selecting units that meet the requirements of both the BSB50120 Diploma of Business and BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership and Management.
This pathway allows you to work towards both qualifications through a coordinated selection of units, providing an opportunity to develop broader business, leadership and management skills.

Students are able to study full time, part time or with an employer as a traineeship for a maximum of 24 months for full-time trainees or 36 months for part-time trainees.
This course is available under Smart and Skilled NSW funding*, subject to eligibility criteria and individual circumstances.
This course is also available as a fee-for-service program for students who are not eligible for or accessing government funding.

There is no work placement requirement for this qualification, however our trainers will be required to complete observations to deem you competent in some units.
Access to a workplace or the ability and commitment to visit your local branch regularly is vital.
There are no specific pre-requisites for this course.
Students are required to undertake an initial pre-enrolment review including a Language, Literacy, Numeracy, and Digital Skills appraisal to determine their suitability for this level of study.

Graduates may choose to further their study through enrolment in BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership and Management, BSB60120 Advanced Diploma of Business or a business degree. Novaskill may not offer these qualifications.
