The In-school Business Traineeship is the business stream of the Educational Pathways Pilot Program (EPPP), a school-based program for high-school students who want a head start on a business career. Novaskill, a not-for-profit Registered Training Organisation (RTO) established in 1980, delivers it in partnership with the Department of Education across the Hunter, Newcastle and surrounding NSW regions.

What does the EPPP business stream centre on?
The business stream centres on three things: getting students into school-based traineeships, opening up fee-free vocational training, and strengthening careers advice for young people.
Who is the In-school Business Traineeship for?
Our focus is on students wishing to pursue a career in business or business administration. If you are a high-school student who wants office, admin or business skills and a recognised qualification before you leave school, this is your stream.
